1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.

  • Once preparation has started, cancellations will not be accepted.

2. Refunds & Replacements

  • Refunds or replacements are only provided in the following cases:

    • Wrong item delivered.

    • Item received in damaged or spoiled condition.

  • Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with order details and, if possible, photos of the issue.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, subject to review and approval.


3. Returns

  • Due to the perishable nature of bakery products, we do not accept returns.

  • Please check your order immediately upon delivery to ensure accuracy and quality.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for the following:

  • Change of mind after delivery.

  • Incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., wrong address or contact details).

  • Failure to collect or receive the order at the scheduled time.
